Chicken Tikka
from: Rukhsana KhanIndian Style Non veg Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 kg boneless chicken
- 1 1/2 tbsp curd
- 3 tbsp paste of coriander
- 3 tbsp paste of mint leaves
- 1 tbsp red chilli powder
- 1 tbsp jeera powder
- 1 tbsp garam masala
- Juice of one lemon
- Salt to taste
- A few mint sprigs
- Oil for frying
Method
1. Mix all ingredients and marinate the chicken pieces in it for one hour.
2. Oil a non-stick tawa and spread the chicken pieces on it.
Cook on a low flame for 20 minutes.
3. Garnish with mint sprigs and sliced lemons and serve.
