Mutton Kheema Samosa

Indian Style Non veg Recipes - Mutton Kheema (Minced Lamb Curry)
Ingredients
- 1/4 kg kheema, finely minced
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp garlic
- 10 green chillies
- 1 big onion
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 twig pudina
- 1 packet samosa patti (contains 38-36 pattis)
- Oil to deep fry
Method
1. Add oil in a pan. Saut garlic, ginger and onions.
2. Add chopped pudina leaves to the minced kheema and saut with the above mixture and keep aside.
3. Stuff the mixture in the samosa pattis.
4. Take 1/2 litre oil in a kadai and deep fry samosas. Serve hot.
