Russian Chaat

Ingredients

• 10 pineapple slices
• 200 gms green peas, boiled
• 2 carrots, finely chopped
• 2 potatoes, chopped
• 2 cucumbers, chopped
• 2 apples, chopped
• 200 gms French beans, finely chopped
• 1 cup fresh cream
• 1 tsp mustard powder
• 1/2 tsp sugar
• 1 tsp chaat masala
• Salt to taste

Preparation Method

1. Add salt to water and boil green peas, carrot, potato and French beans for two minutes.
2. Take fresh cream and add mustard powder, salt and sugar and mix well.
3. In a bowl, add the vegetables and the pineapple slices and chopped apples.
4. Top with cream and mix well.
5. Sprinkle with chaat masala and serve.
