Mutton Kheema Patties

Indian Style Non veg Recipes - Mutton Kheema (Minced Lamb Curry). Can try this recipe with all kind of Minced Lamb (beef, Pork, Mutton, Chicken, ...). But for yummy taste use Mutton or chicken.
Ingredients
- 400 gms potato, boiled and mashed
- 50 gms maida
- 500 gms kheema (mince mutton)
- 3 to 4 green chilli
- 2 tbsp green peas, boiled
- 1 onion, chopped
- Coriander, chopped
- Mint leaves, chopped
- Dry ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp jeera powder
- 4 tbsp oil
- Garam masala
- Salt to taste
Method
1. To cook the kheema, heat oil and fry the chopped onion till they become transparent.
2. Add green chillies, coriander, mint leaves and ginger-garlic paste and fry for one minute.
Then add chilli powder, jeera powder and salt.
3. Now add the kheema and boiled peas and cook for about half-an-hour on a low flame.
4. Mix the mashed potatoes, maida, salt and garam masala.
Add the kheema mixture and mix well.
5. Shape into pattices. Keep aside.
6. Grease a non-stick tawa with oil and fry the patties on a low flame for 10 to 15 minutes.
7. Serve with chutney or sauce.
