How to make Easy Boiled Eggs Stuffed with Tuna Salad Recipes
from: Raju Ingredients
- 8 Eggs
- 2 cans Tuna chunks in oil
- 50 gms Onions
- 20 gms Red bell pepper (diced)
- 20 gm Parsley
- 2 gms Lemon juice
- 1 gm Grated lemon rind
- 20 ml Olive oil
- 50 gm Mayonnaise
- 50 gm Black olives
- Sweet paprika powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Method of Making easy boiled Eggs Stuffed with Tuna
Hard-boil the eggs and let them cool. Peel, cut into halves and carefully remove yolks. Mix tuna, onion, parsley, salt, pepper and lemon juice together. Add paprika to taste and adjust seasoning as required. Add mayonnaise to bind ingredients together.
Spoon the salad into the egg halves. Garnish with chopped parsley, freshly ground pepper and sliced black olives.
