Asparagus recipes: Asparagus salad with asparagus spears

Ingredients
  • 50 gm asparagus spears
  • 50 gm Feta cheese
  • 25 gm red pepper
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • 5 gm salt
  • 5 gm pepper
  • 5 gm sugar
  • 5 gm green chillies (chopped). 

Method of Preparing Asparagus salad with asparagus spears

Cut off the asparagus tips and blanche. Dice the Feta cheese and keep aside. Dice the pepper and grill it. Mix together salt, pepper, sugar, chillies and olive oil. Place asparagus and cheese in a bowl, pour the dressing over this and toss well. Garnish with grilled red pepper.
