Salad recipes for summer Kiwi and Chevre on Rucolla bed Salad
from: RatnaIngredients:
- 70 gm Rucolla lettuce
- 20gm fresh plum tomato
- 2 gm Oregano
- 20 gm Kiwi
- 50 gm Chevre cheese
- 10ml olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 10 ml lemon vinaigrette

Method of preparing Summer Salad Recipe:
Slice the tomato in even size. Marinate it with fresh herb, salt, pepper, extra virgin olive oil. Grill the tomato slice slightly in a griller and let it chill for a few hours. Peel and slice the kiwi and toss it in vinaigrette. Arrange the Rucolla leaves on a plate and top it with the cold tomatoes, kiwi and come Chevre cheese. Sprinkle olive oil on top and serve.
