Make thai salad recipe with raw green papaya and lemon ingredients

from: Malani

Ingredients: 
  • Raw papaya, grated: 2 cups 
  • Green gram: 1/2 cup 
  • Refined oil: 1 tsp 
  • Mustard: 1/2 tsp 
  • Cumin: 1/2 tsp 
  • Curry leaves: a few 
  • Juice of one lemon 
  • Salt to taste 

Method of preparing raw green papaya salad recipe: 

Soak the moong dal for three-four hours. Mix it to the grated papaya. Add the salt and lemon juice. Heat the oil. Add mustard, cumin and curry leaves. Allow to simmer and then add it to the papaya green gram mixture. Mix well. Serve.
