Green Goddess Dressing Salad recipe anchovy paste, Lemon, creme fraiche

Ingredients: 
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup creme fraiche
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 tbs chopped fresh chives
  • 2 tbs chopped Italian flat leaf parsley
  • 1 tbs anchovy paste
  • 1 tbs fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp cracked black peppercorns

Method of making Green Goddess Salad Dressing:

Combine the mayonnaise, creme fraiche, green onion, chives, parsley, anchovy paste, lemon juice, salt and pepper in the container of a food blender. Blend until you have a thick, rich, creamy delicious dressing.

Chefs Recommendation: 

This thick and rich dressing blends very well with chicken, all leafy greens, olives, pastas, vegetable pickles etc.
