Easy making of Country Greek salad dressing recipes from Olives, Lettuce
from: Galas Ingredients
- 1 large head iceberg lettuce
- 3-4 tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 2 medium cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced
- 200 gm feta cheese, cubed
- ½ cup sliced black olives
For the dressing
- 3-4 tbsp olive oil
- 2-3 tbsp vinegar
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- ½ tsp basil
- ½ tsp mint
- ½ tsp thyme
- ½ tsp oregano

Method of Making Country Greek Salad:
Wash and prepare all the vegetables. Place in a bowl with the olives, cover the cling film and chill.
For the dressing, combine the ingredients in a small bottle, close tightly and shake gently. Pour into the small bowl and gently toss feta cheese in the dressing.
Set aside for 30 minutes. Just before serving, pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss gently. Serves 6.
