Vegetable Tossed salad recipes with Carrot, Green peas ingredients

This season, try these interesting salads and impress your family. They are very nutritious and can be made with ingredients you have at home. 

Ingredients Tossed salad
  • Bottle gourd: 250 gm 
  • Carrot: 100 gm 
  • Capsicum: 100 gm 
  • Onions: 200 gm 
  • Green peas: 200 gm 

For the dressing 
  • Oil 
  • Mustard powder 
  • Vinegar 
  • Black pepper powder 
  • Salt 
Method of preparing Tossed Salad: 

Grate the bottle gourd and carrots. Slice the capsicum and onions lengthwise. Steam the bottle gourd and carrots. Allow it to cool. Mix it to the other vegetables. Make the dressing by mixing all the ingredients. Pour the dressing over the vegetables. 

Toss well and serve.
