Easy making of Country Greek salad dressing recipes from Olives, Lettuce
from: Galas- 1 large head iceberg lettuce
- 3-4 tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 2 medium cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced
- 200 gm feta cheese, cubed
- ½ cup sliced black olives
- 3-4 tbsp olive oil
- 2-3 tbsp vinegar
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- ½ tsp basil
- ½ tsp mint
- ½ tsp thyme
- ½ tsp oregano
