Stuffed Tomatoes

Stuffed Tomatoes

Ingredients
  • 6 large tomatoes
  • 6 tsp cheese, grated
  • 1 tin baked beans in tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 6 eggs
  • Bread crumbs

Preparation Method

1.

Cut the tops of the tomatoes and scoop out the centres. Sprinkle the
insides of the tomatoes with salt and pepper. Keep them aside.
2. Mix a sufficient amount of baked beans with Worcestershire sauce. Fill the tomatoes with this mixture till the top.
3. Break an egg into each tomato case. Sprinkle cheese, bread crumbs and salt and pepper over it.
4. Cook in oven till the eggs are set.
