How to make simple & Easy Tofu, american corn salad recipes dishes

from: Dongu

Ingredients:
  • 60 gms Tofu
  • 60 gms American Corn
  • 60 gms Mixed peppers
  • 20 gms Onion
  • 1 tsp Garlic
  • 60 ml Cilantro Vinaigrette
Method of making of Tofu, American Corn Salad


Cube the tofu in 1/6th inch. Then blanch the American corn, deseed the red, yellow and green pepper and cut it into 1/6th inch cubes, and dice the onion and add the chopped garlic.
 
 For Dressing 
 
Ingredients:
  • Salt                         
  • Sugar
  • Mustard
  • Pepper Crushed
  • Coriander
  • White vinegar
  • Salad Oil
Dressing Method:

Make a dressing with vinegar, salt, sugar, mustard, Salad oil and Cilantro (Coriander) and pour it on the salad.
